At Waterford Funding, LLC, we specialize in solving the short-term cash flow problems of new, early-stage and established commercial enterprises through real-estate based loans. Bridge loans, opportunity funding, payroll capital, development financing, start-up capital, equity gap funding and other similar types of financing are all within our area of focus, capability and competency, so long as appropriate collateral is available as security. We have been in the secured lending and commercial mortgage business since 1997 and possess the rare combination of competencies and capabilities to provide the financing solutions listed above.  Travis Wright, age 42, has served as CEO and manager of Waterford Funding since its inception in 1999. He is a native of Salt Lake City, Utah, where he obtained a Bachelor Science degree in History from the University of Utah, with collateral studies in Economics. Mr. Wright worked from 1984 to 1997 for a Customer Referral Service Provider in a variety of positions including account executive, director of trade, office manager, assistant general manager and vice president. Among other things, he assisted in the restructuring and sale of the business and worked with over 2,500 different types of other businesses. In 1997, Mr. Wright began working in the mortgage industry, eventually specializing in brokering mortgages for homeowners or home buyers with no credit or poor credit. His work in the industry exposed him to the opportunities and intricacies of the hard-money, bridge loan and other asset-based commercial lending markets. Mr. Wright formed Waterford Funding in 1999 for the purpose of pursuing these opportunities and has located, funded and managed hard-money commercial loans both in and outside of the Fund since that time. |
